As of October 11, 2019, transaction fees are no longer refunded to us by the credit card processors (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction).
Please note that, unlike most companies/publishers, we never auto-renew and all orders are initiated by the customer. We shall accept all cancellation requests with a full refund if received within 72 hours/ 3 days of placing the order, minus transaction fees which are not refunded to us by the credit card processor as stated above. We will also issue a full refund if there is a significant delivery delay past the stated timelines in your account under My Active Subscriptions. We are more than happy to match any offer you have, within reason. Note that special offers come with auto-renewals clauses at a higher rate.

Unfortunately after that, in most cases, cancellations with a full refund will not be accepted unless it is a mistake on our end. We shall, however, review all cancellation requests on an individual basis and offer the best possible solution as stipulated further in this policy. There's a good reason for this.
All orders are prepaid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as fast as possible. Our company differs from other online subscription services in that we never auto-renew, send out bills or invoices, deceptively offer free trials then bill you.
We provide a wide range of magazines at the lowest rates available by pledging to publishers that we will only process legitimate, prepaid orders from consumers who are sure of what they want when placing their orders. This saves time and money for all parties.
We recognize that special situations may arise, a promotion offer might have been missed or editorial content changes. In such an event, please contact us so we can resolve this with you and the publisher. All such cases will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.
