We will fully cancel all orders as long as the cancel request is received within 72 hours of placing the order or if there is a delivery delay past the stated time-lines in your account under 'My Active Subscriptions.' These are tentative dates given to us by each publisher based on the frequency of the subscriptions.
Unfortunately after that, in most cases, cancellations with a full refund will not be accepted unless it is a mistake on our end. We shall however review all cancellation requests on an individual basis and offer the best possible solution as stipulated further in this policy. There's a good reason for this.
All orders are prepaid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as fast as possible. Our company differs from other online subscription services in that we never auto-renew, send out bills or invoices, deceptively offer half year subscriptions or free trials. We provide a wide range of magazines at the lowest rates available by pledging to publishers that we will only process legitimate, prepaid orders from consumers who are sure of what they want when placing their orders. This saves time and money for all parties.
We recognize that special situations may arise when an inappropriate magazine is ordered or editorial content changes. In such an event, please contact us so we can resolve this with you and the publisher. All such cases will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.
